hmm. quizno's..sounds delicious. lol.im juss kiddin. aahm. im goin to talk about anger and anxiety. both anger and anxiety are bad emotions.
anger is the emotion when you are very mad. to me it looks like when people are sleepy they get angry very easily. anger is not good in many ways. it may hurt or even get someone into trouble. every body get angry at times or even they can be angry all the time.
anxiety is bad. it is like the opposite of anger. anxiety is when someone is sad all the time. anxiety is also when someone is very nervous. like my teacher said, you know who you are.lol. anxiety can be when someone is nervous about the thing they are going to hear. for example. there is a young boy wanting to ask a girl out that he likes very much. he asks some friend to give the not to her and as she opens it, he starts thinking. is she going to accept or reject? the young boy starts to sweat and hopes very hard that she is going to say yes.
i have been having some anger problems as i was growing up. it sucks realy bad specialy with younger siblings who are always being loud and always bothering.
i dont know if i have been going through anxiety. i guess i been going through it some times but not very often. at times when i am staying still my mind just goes crazy worrying about what is going to happen. my heart starts pownding like crazy and at times i start to feel a little dizzy even while i am staying still not doing anything.
by these experiences, i know some but not alot of things about anger and anxiety.
