Mental Health

waqamta. ciin maavet iterrcit?!! am ani!!! iqluuq!! positive attitudes. i feel good when all life is going great.
i feel good specially when im doing something fun and when im out doors

negative attitudes. having a negative attitude sucks really bad, one of the main reasons i get into a negative attitude is cause when im being bothered or when i feel like $h!t and everybody try get mad at me.

the best way i think to deal with having a negative attitude is to go out for a fresh air away from everybody. the way i deal with it is by going out of the house and walk far away and when i start feeling like i can go back home i go home. i also do something that will calm me down.

    Good start, I like the Yup'ik in the beginning, is it like "Whats up. Why something something?!! Here I am! Something!!"? I'll probably have to work on my Yup'ik before I can start translating, eh? Getting fresh air can really help us destress, by leaving the situation you are in and just entering a different environment we are able to give our bodies time to get out of that stressed fighting mode and relax to a state which allows us to rethink and re-evaluate our situation. Then we can go back and deal with it with a clear head.
